Live Like Noah Project

Noah's Story

Noah was born in Colorado, often referred to as “Benjamin Button” for his wise, old-soul perspective. From a young age, his relentless curiosity drove him to explore the world around him, seeking answers that many might overlook. His love for the outdoors flourished, and he embraced fly fishing with a dedication that inspires others. What may take some a lifetime to master, he achieved early on, turning his passion into an art that commanded respect among seasoned anglers.

Yet, beyond his love for fishing, nothing matched the depth of his affection for family and friends. Whether you knew Noah for merely five minutes or your entire life, you could feel your importance to him and the world; that was his mission and his legacy. His unique ability to forge connections truly stood out, leaving a positive mark on everyone he met and creating bonds that felt like family.

The day before Noah’s 19th birthday, he died while fly fishing at his favorite stream in Colorado.  Noah had been teaching his mom how to fly fish hoping she would love it as much as he did, when he slipped and fell and died doing what he loved most.  Ironically, in the same stream where he had fallen in love with fly fishing.

Noah made a decision to live everyday like it was his last and that’s exactly what he did.   He loved music, fishing, soccer, skiing, golfing, sunrises, sunsets, and Reeses Peanut Butter Cups.  He never missed a chance to celebrate or an opportunity to help and be of service to others.  He felt a deep connection to finding his purpose through God and was continually striving to be a better human being.  Noah’s love was deep and true and his life while short, was a life well lived.  Noah’s spirit will continue to motivate those who knew him, encouraging them to treasure every moment with loved ones and to embrace the beauty life has to offer.
